Review the Kenny recycled updates from Jan 2018 onward. Plot against the chart. Not that easy to move an O/S of 1.3B is it?

For all the "Looks good", and predictions it is pre-ordained to go over 0.04, when Kenny recycles a couple more PR pumps, there doesn't seem to be any large conviction 500K bids at 0.04 currently.
