I dont get it.... WHO CARES about you JMCP shares. For every 100 invested in JMCP you are going to recieve some 350-400 back in the other stock (restricted). Thats a 400% gain in my book in prices remain the same. Whats not to understand. BTW I have played this before ....got free shares and still sold old shares without loss. This is a great deal.

yea its not just that it will lose value but liquidity as well.It is not right to give shareholders a dividend and then tell them the rest of thier stock is worthless.It is supposed to be just a simply dividend not a transfer of funds or areverse merger.This is like a real smooth RS>
