actually for those of us who bank .... Chinese companies we know the SAIC filings are what are required and regular tax reporting in fact in China its monthly tax reporting that gets done and yes invoices actually have to match up so anybody saying that SAIC filings don't matter doesn't actually know how to bank Chinese companies in the 1st place
