It can't even hold .001 so how is it going to $4? You know if this thing goes up the dirty CEO is going to issue more shares and drop it right back down. THERE WILL BE NO $4 share price. It's not plausible, possible or even remotely ideal. Unless he does a RS which he probably will so he can sell more shares and lie some more.
