His mention previous that "Sometimes to finish first is to be last." speaks to these deliberate and thought out steps that will allow Univec Conglomerate to accomplish what will "take others years to duplicate."

As Dr Dalton said, it's just "One additional step completed for Univec Conglomerate Inc. ".
