This would almost be laughable but the financial theft over the years is not funny. He needs to be taken to the wood shed and be dealt with. I am sure the SEC has a really solid case they are building against the Fraudster. Sure hope someone films the Sheriff handcuffing him and hauling him off to jail.
His 1 Billion shares should be forced to be sold and divided up among the shareholders that were do badly scammed over the years. A barrel with suspenders is enough for him, living under a bridge somewhere works for me.
