Seems he is diluting FHBC to pay his bills. So sad he might have to get a real job someday, the possibility of him taking another spin off to a successful conclusion is laughable. I can just imagine what his resume looks like washed up CEO that was never, ever successful in running a PUBLIC company. Sure hope the SEC is tightening the noise around his neck as I post this. He has caused enough damage to so many, time for him to get what is owed to him, KARMA can be a bitch sometimes.
