seekingafortune, At the last two shareholders meetings I questioned Alex directly about why NAUP has never been an entry on the balance sheet( some on this message board will recall). It has been a contention of mine for 3 years. I recommended that he return those shares, and cancel the transaction. This will eventually prove problematic for Alex ...jmho

seekingafortune, I don't believe you know how powerful the Zero Cost Program is. I know how powerful it is because I've be involved with the associate referral program for 3 years.

I don't believe that Byron and Alex are stupid enough to play games with the SEC and their official documents. They know that they can go to prison if they do something fraudulent.

seekingafortune, I'm with Wickw50. From my continued investigation of this matter. The evidence is pointing more and more at TCA Global of trying to take the BILLION dollar and possibly TRILLION dollar REVENUE generating asset (the Zero Cost Program).
