Every Scammy Operation has Mystical Reasons why they need to raise
the A/S.

The odd and hysterical part about this is, the Common
Shareholders never acknowledge or even begin to
understand that the Raising of the A/S DIRECTLY
DILUTES THE COMMON SHAREHOLDERS PRICE
PER SHARE!!!!

Personally, if a Company did this to my Holdings and
Position, I would be pissed off and demand that they
DO NOT INCREASE THE A/S!!!!!

If they refused, I would simply Dump my Position
and Slam their Scammy Operation in a Public Forum.

MDB means Minas Duas Barras, MDB 1 is the original claim (about 422 Acres) around the Main Plant where the 41 Report was done. BMIX did not make it the First Time around for a number of reasons. Just to start I will cover this, there is nothing Rare about Diamonds or Gold Flake in the river valley, it is full of them. The quality of the Diamonds is excellent (about 97% Gem Quality) so that was not it, The problem was the size. You can lose up to 50% (even more) of a diamond when it is cut and Polished. BMIX did have Revenues of 800K their first Year (about 70%/30% Diamonds to Gold Ratio) while Mining at most about a Quarter and a Half running just one shift. The money is in selling polished Diamonds, not rough. There is far more to this and I will elaborate later. I more or less agree with what you say about a better foundation being laid. I think this has been mostly about 2020 all along but Fogassa needs to show what is possible before I think we will see any major investment. Then again all we need is for Jupiter Gold to take off and that problem solves itself. I will Post more later if you want to hear it.
