Not similar, ECOS had no business and no revenues. All funds or most all funds were going to pay salaries. Interesting read tho.

Our last two RS were total disasters. This time we need a jump of some 500% and a steady climb up before any RS occurs.

excellent points lowtrade, thanks. one would think at some point the brakes get put on constant RS actions. that was a decent read.

strictly a guess on no action notice filing yet- did some looking and found nothing- However- (i think) those filings do not need to be public. you have any insight on that?
