Evidently just corrections made on Friday to the slip up from 22nd August buy_ins where Hayward's holdings mistakenly entered at one-third of what they should be.

So it goes. Just a flat-@$$ mistake. No cone-of-uncertainty (hurricane tracking lingo). We knew Jim had around a 17% hold on the outstanding shares which are up to 43 million now.


That's risen to ~150% from first reverse split where we opened on NASDAQ with 18 million.

Damn. Gonna be a long "Come to Jesus" month for us. No updates found on Theracann's IPO on Toronto Stock eXchange - Venture markef eithee (TSX-V).
