If I were a very smart person and saying the shares would be cancelled and was smart enough to know that. I sure as hell wouldn't be using the words fairy tale in my posts to others. I mean it's just hilarious!
I believe it is a qualified bid and the terms for a qualified bid did include share purchase. Any thoughts why this bid was considered qualified although not a share purchase?
