Analysis -

Shares sold of that approx 19 million share block were insider shares and or shares that were free trading shares that someone owned for their cost basis of zero (0) . If the stock was being sold at nearly low year prices either person who owned it wanted to take tax loss or person wanted to liquidate the shares with a set buyer ? At a discount pre- arranged and transaction would execute . Do not know , but as with all pink sheet companies and actions always be careful. Person with large block as 19 million shares I would not think was a retail buyer / owner of the stock .

Makes a investor think like what if I buying shares in open market , stock price going up, shareholder happy as + events could be unfolding , then boom , more large share blocks are sold at huge discounts % wise

Makes Investor feel queasy and saying to themselves all not kosher in the temple
