The schemes that Snaper has been involved with (gold produced from coal ash), and the Chloride nonsense (tailings, diamonds, emeralds, etc.) are two huge red flags that they simply cannot take back. Any legit lender will find these things out in 2 minutes of Google searching and that will be the end of that.
