Heard that too but they didnt say who the company was that made the offer. Medtronic huh that makes sense..

Saw this interesting post (94467) from 8/30/19:

"Rumor is Medtronic made an offer of 1.5 billion pre FDA, and titan didn't take it. they looked for funding and working on deals to be self sufficient to get medtronic to offer up a little more closer to a valuation of the competition"

So interesting considering this has been partly my stance (low offer to TMDI) for sometime now and it was discussed here back in August 2019, way before I joined in June 2020. Interesting rumor considering about 10 months after it was said on this board they entered into an agreement with MDT.

I can only assume this was just that, a rumor, but pretty interesting considering.
