here is the way i'm looking at the meeting. it was announced abruptly and with little notice. preferred shares got top billing. they will probably get approved so they will get what they want. now comes post meeting. if it is really about a poison pill, then they did it because they know they have a big announcement coming. then i am expecting ind to be submitted quickly after the meeting. if the silence lingers too long afterwards or another fluff announcement or they issue any of the new common or preferred shares, then we have been conned.
