Well that's the catch 22. But with a 24 and 21 billion AS and OS respectively the PPS isn't going anywhere soon. If they are serious about shareholder value they need to do a 1:10 reverse split or something thereabouts to bring the AS down to at lease 2 billion. 20+ billion AS/OS for a company with less than stellar revenue is a joke.
