Sounds like a great guy..Controlledthe bank accounts of VPLM..That’s scary..and to have more than 10pct and or basically an insider of the company and he never filed a form 4 letting the public know he was selling shares..shame shame shame..That’s a big No No!!!!!

Your "factual" article is short on some facts...
One example is vocaltec started in 1989 & had internet phone before 1996. I've reported on the history of voip here long ago. The voip industry began before 1996.
