yes, I'm certain Bruce has much influence, and no doubt gets along well with the CEO and other board members, however in reality the Bruce is not Chairman of the Board, and in reality is only as effective as his peer board members let him. Can you be in control of a board as a member vs Chairman? Bruce said he would never loose control of a board of Directors again, so ?
