I'm not concerned with the past, I'm interested in what's happening now. From what I'm seeing now, the SNMN CEO is on the board of directors at BayGrow, and has a great relationship with the company. The SNMN CEO also filed a formal Regulation A with the SEC this month, which will fund BayGrow, as well as his 3 other acquisitions. SNMN will own 20% of BayGrow, which will own and operate the largest cannabis cultivation farm in America (a multi-billion dollar industry). These are all very real things.
