There will a!ways be the occasional Theranos. Where's the occasional penny play that on a much smaller scale, isn't a Theranos? Sintx is no different than every single one I've seen: some with real products, some with none. All get their 'investments,' the same way...playing on the individual investor.
To be fair, a lot if these ceos aren't dishonest...just clueless when it comes to going public. They're inundated with so-called financing....not knowing what they're getting themselves and the company into. I had one ceo personally tell me the pressure he felt from the onset. Fortunately, he knew the game and was able to stay under 50 million shares for years. The company however under different leadership, failed the common investor.
