Also, it is not factual to describe the mid-Sept Symposium as a "Mega Symposium", or the deal that is to be announced as a "Huge, Mega deal."

Factually speaking, CEO Marsh stated that the 2nd of the 4 planned "major announcements" for 2019 would be revealed at this mid Sept Symposium.

That is all.

No reason to unnecessarily "hype" the event, apart from the factual description already provided by the company itself.
