GSE's: Release? Maybe, Maybe not.
Recap? Maybe, Maybe not. It will NOT come from the defendant or Treasury if it is ordered (unlikely at best), so any unlikely Recap will come from new offering, Government will not pay ONE RED CENT if it is ordered.
