So Rich Kaiser has announced that ELGL have hired famous lawyer Norman Reynolds. What a surprise! NOT. Wonder why he doesnt work for PRED any more?
Reynolds has been charged by the SEC for falsifying documents ie fraudulent legal opinion letters.
