maybe to "surmise" they don't want the US connection right now due to the addional regs and the cronies that play much harder, and threaten terrible things just to threaten? look as CGC for example, there are still a couple that have tagged along from the level of Martello right now, bashing, threatening, undermining just because they can. I imagine that some agrevation DRKOF would rather avoid?
