At the end of the day the patients who are suffering from LAPC are the ones that suffer the most not having this treatment option

Why? There's no proof the Kenny Wonder Treatment will work any better than any of the other treatments in 2nd line PC. In fact it could end up having less efficacy than other treatments. Then they really suffer more.

Will an oncologist having a patient that has just failed a front line therapy, steer their patient to a Phase 3 CT with solid Phase 2 data showing a dramatic increase in surgical eligibility, and successful completion? Through RTT?

Or

Will they steer their patient to the Kenny Wonder Treatment with no CT data backing it up? Where Lohr whimsically mused he thought 14% of his patients (N=2) might have been surgically eligible. The ratio of surgical eligible to successful surgery stands at a ratio of 5:1. Make that 14% into 2%. Below the current 7% of chemo alone.

If the mythical CT ever comes to pass (the odds are low), full enrollment is likely to take years. There is no horde of suffering PC 2nd line patients waiting for the Kenny Wonder Treatment.
