That's quite an expose!

I can't guess how many legitimate small companies have been put under by these tactics or how many real jobs lost. It may be destroying America's economy in order to pay the hedge fund managers, lawyers, politicians and others unimaginable amounts.

But, somehow, some companies have made it through this trap and have become sucessful.

How can the few successful companies force illicit ftd's to be covered? Moving to the big board? Declaring dividends and paying them only to authorized shareholders? Or other tactics?
