My guess is he'll be back, his last filings were to change the address and increase the AS. He's probably laying low, we know he checks in on the hub and other forms so maybe he's just waiting for people to forget about his last 10 or so scams before he brings out his new one. Maybe early next year, he seems to love the Spring time to start announcing things.
