If TO folks or the toxic lender dumped stock, good.
Maybe they knew about the Pestell issue already.
But still, the next funding cycle is almost overdue as they need it to complete the BLA.
I will let this stock go to the moon as long these issues are not resolved, it is OK. Can't have it all.
But I doubt it will rocket at all, expecting a material plunge.
A plunge not "just" b/c of the late troubles, but simply valuation wise.
The price held across the Pestell merger, but the MCAP and EV got boosted (more shares and more liabilities).
Now the cancer pipeline is on ice, you get the idea.
Last funding cycles also speak a clear language.
