This thing has gone tits up, but will the funds come in from KPAY eventually??? That's a question yet to be answered. Only thing that makes something positive happen for BCII is some money and people who have competence entering in to leadership positions. Patience is needed with your wishful thinking and that's the approach I'm taking with this possible dud....but I still think there's an opportunity here!!!
