What lawsuit against pwc ? That must be a new fantasy. If pwc is being sued , wouldnt that kill the buyout fantasy ? This thing is spinning in all directions . Haha
But yes the Delaware court still has a say in the empty debt ridden shell the shares are attached too .
The Canadian corporations are now empty shells too. When it comes time to renew the corporation filings they will disappear as nobody will be making those filings . Dosent really matter though as they arent public corporations.
