Discovery Phase VERY positive development for GDSI

Getting to discovery phase greatly increases the Trial Siccess for GDSI.

Settlement talks likely will have to be considered by Rontan’s representation shortly.

Depositions by GDSI’s financiers and KPMG will tip the scales in GDSI’s favor.

Let’s not forget Boise Schiller is on the case. We are looking at $165-200m USD to GDSI. Boise will be paid.

Given these conclusions, GDSI share price is an all out bargain down here.

The KPMG opinion requirement was waived by GDSI. They state this fact in their FAC. That's the SPA violation, reason for successful Motion to Dismiss and is reiterated in Rontan's Answer--the First Affirmative Defense.
