now we are just a couple or 3 days away from the acquisition.


so no more dilution.


share structure is still awesome.




it is going to jump around 150% tomorrow.




even with all the selling pressure stock closed at .0064.



it was down just 23%.



that told a tale right there: market doesn't think much of this minimal dilution.
