It is not prominent because the normal course of going public does not leave the insiders with the majority of shares, there are normally compensated in the initial offering, that is the difference. I actually view this as a plus because they held their interest, why would they do that versus cashing in on going public? Easy answer, they believe that it is worth more moving forward than today’s value and they bet big and leveraging their families legacy business. Research this family, they are not scam artist s, they are reputable and have be given back to their communities in a big way. I believe they were in the right place at the right time, where someone had a great idea and they could finance it. My opinion, this has been stepped through perfectly, they have structured this in a way that is rare but genius, IMO. Time will tell but look at what they have done, it has all been very smart and there is no reason I see yet to think that will change moving forward. Like to hear everyone’s thoughts
