In some ways I agree. Ron and Ontario brings a lot to the table. Exposure into Canada, TSX and perhaps a better presence internationally vs the U.S at least at this point. On the down side I think thier deal was one-sided and hope Jody is renegotiating.
If this deal does fall apart we need an infusion of cash to ramp up distribution and production. Investment bankers perhaps but let's stay away from toxic lenders. They suck the life out of a company.
