Moving tiers in the same market is not a uplist but more so the OTC markets uses there tier markets for developing for companies like Vystar to be able to play in the big leagues one day. This will then help transition Vystar grow and support there company on a compliance and regulation standpoint as big leagues do

OTCQB is not a “listing”. An Exchange is a “listing”, the OTC is not an Exchange.
