If they have a real business as they claim they are screwed big time. where will they raise money from? I lost $12K.

Yup, and the more time that elapses without a public statement, showing they, at least halfway, give a darn about the $$$ traders/investors stand to lose, will serve to illustrate that this was nothing more than the standard stinky-pinky:-(
