I always thought why is PM not getting into the CBD MJ business. I figured they eventually were just planning a partnership with Altria. Certainly hoping so. But now it all makes perfect sense. They knew they would merge with Altria. PM thought about this sector for many years. Together they will make Cron the largest MJ company in the world. I just hope they do not buy them out. It actually makes sense for them to that before its valuation is much higher

They will still have to pay over the Altria warrants which will put us in the twenties with just a small premium. Likely would be a large premium
Hope is they do not buy at all as Im thinking way higher than 20's a share for Cron in the future
