Of course, this is complete, utter and total B.S. from an MMEX-scam share-pusher.

The nearly month-old 8-K filing covers up a blunder, in which Mad J. diluted his loan-shark pals out of potential control over the MMEX-scam shell, when its wheels finally come off.

Making misleading statements to delude other investors, aiding Mad J. in his charade is shameful! There is no business opportunity in MMEX-scam, unless one happens to be toxic lender, or insider fraudster, crook, and scammer like Mad J. and The Lemon.
