Or getting control of the new shares before letting us know they need a phase 1 ?

The problem is that shareholders no longer trust them.

Agreed esusun. I'm the 1st one to admit that at times I've got my clock cleaned on bios over my past 25+ years of trading/investing.

And I also understand bitterness from lack of relevant breakthroughs and/or pipeline advancement.

But the bottom line from here is that if PMCB does file their long anticipated IND soon, there's definitely gonna be a renewed level of optimism here, and that's what's attracted me to take a position this month and see what develops glty

successful IND , and Trial funding

So far there is neither.

After that , PMCB's small trial managed by Dr. Manuel Hidalgo

Hidalgo isn't Mr Wizard. He can't wave a magic wand, and make the Kenny Wonder Treatment Work better. Neither is that his job:

The investigator (also referred to as the principal investigator or PI) is responsible for supervising the conduct of the clinical investigation and to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of participants in drug and medical device clinical trials.

It doesn't matter what experienced PI would manage the mythical CT.

expecting outstanding results in a few months

Based on what? There is no evidence mono therapy with a Metronomic alkylating chemo agent will have any efficacy in 2nd line PC.

and we get accelerated approval and Fast Tracked

The FDA does not fast track based on results from a mythical Phase 1 CT. That would require top line results from a mythical Phase 2 CT - PMCB will never get there.

I do believe we are on the cusp of a new era for PMCB and our partners

PMCB has no partners. At least ones who are willing to provide funding. Instead PMCB has contracted in, and pays others.

The only cusp to be on is the world after Kenny grabs voting control via the Preferred shares.
