Why hold a shareholders meeting they don't need to hold/schedule in the 1st place regardless of the status of their potential IND submission?

The majority of the time OTC PubCo's even take the time to bother scheduling/having a shareholder meeting is because mgmt. feels they have positive material developments worthy of discussing.

So we'll soon find out going into Sept 11th if that's the case with PMCB.

And of course they don't need to schedule a s/h's meeting to file their IND. No-one even remotely claimed they did!
