How about you stop with the slander of Tim in all your posts.

Here's what Tim HASN'T done in the last ten years.

Involvement in Certain Legal Proceedings

Our sole director and our executive officer has not been involved in any of the following events during the past ten years:

1.
any bankruptcy petition filed by or against any business of which such person was a general partner or executive officer either at the time of the bankruptcy or within two years prior to that time;


2.
any conviction in a criminal proceeding or being subject to a pending criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations and other minor offenses);


3.
being subject to any order, judgment, or decree, not subsequently reversed, suspended or vacated, of any court of competent jurisdiction, permanently or temporarily enjoining, barring, suspending or otherwise limiting his involvement in any type of business, securities or banking activities; or


4.
being found by a court of competent jurisdiction (in a civil action), the Commission or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to have violated a federal or state securities or commodities law, and the judgment has not been reversed, suspended, or vacated.

I'm not defending Tim,but I will not say he's dumping shares.You're correct that he's selling discounted paper to investors and imo failed to grow his business making him a failure.Either Chris is part of the solution or he's now part of the problem.Either way I never buy more then I can sell and I have made green trades here from 0115,so as Potus says "we shall see" lol

I haven't been given a straight answer from FLES PR on this matter yet, but I've been asking what the status of FLES's expansion has been lately. Jack always provides the same line, he can only comment with information which has been made public.

Back in Nov. 2018, FLES had a lofty goal of expanding operations to four fulfillment centers. As of today, we only know of one. If FLES is planning to step in the ring with the big boys, I believe having additional fulfillment centers around the country is a right move.

Not sure if you know who Tog is, but Tog is a moderator here. He once commented about a $4M warehouse, which at this point is an unsubstantiated claim. I've been attempting to confirm this piece of information with FLES as well, but no cigar so far. So for now, that comment is classified as a rumor.

Chris likely also had to take on Tim's debt in order to come to an agreement to take the MGCI shell. This is a kick in the balls.

Aside from these two items, they've also been funding development on their website development and back end system.

I've was thinking their largest costs would be the additional facilities so I've been focused on digging more into that.

But so far, we have no information aside from their Nevada warehouse.

That money was received years ago, what are you talking about, it’s debt, debt that has been in the books long before the reverse merger, they have received zero cash from that debt into 4Less?
