Likewise, not crying, just bringing to light, the miss information that was and probably is still being put out. Just because you don't like to see both sides of the coin, doesn't mean others don't want to see and hear everything.
IMO, Bill could be intentionally delaying and dragging his feet on the uplist to keep from revealing the true nature of the purchase of the ranch.
