#17001 RE: philg #17000

Philg, the past Pr's are recent!! They are not 2017, 2018 prs. They are as recent as Aug 12, 2019. They have a wealth of information in them describing upcoming events (which include the Karate Mobile Video Game) but we are just going to have to be patient. Not sure about anyone else, but this is all I need to continue my support at these levels for HPIL:

HPIL HOLDING signs MOU with the World Traditional Okinawa Karate Federation to jointly develop and market Karate Video Game for various platforms, Dated FEB 2019

Also Mentioned in HPIL Last 8-K Dated MARCH 2019:

HPIL HOLDING issues comprehensive shareholder update May 2019

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2019/05/17/1826984/0/en/HPIL-HOLDING-issues-comprehensive-shareholder-update.html
"Karate Games Company Inc. Mr. Ionel Bara, President and Founder of WTOKF (the World Traditional Okinawa Karate Federation), said: "We are consulting with the HPIL development team to define the parameters for the games. We have decided with HPIL to include many of our activities for authentic content. The 2020 Olympics will debut Karate for the first time“. Ray Wong, COO of HPIL commented:(LOOKS LIKE VERIFICATION TO ME HERE----------->>>>>>>>>>)“We look forward to helping the WTOKF to expose the ancient sport of karate to a new audience using modern technology."

May 2019 was only 3 months ago. I dont think they need to do a shareholder update each month. However, HPIL released a Pr on Aug 12, 2019 and specifically said: "HPIL Management plans on utilizing the savings during this time to pursue the agenda for advancing the various HPIL subsidiaries."
HPIL Karate Games Company is one of those subsidiaries they are in the process of developing. There is no language in any of these Pr's and updates that hint they are putting anything on hold. There is no language that I can find that hints they are not moving forward with the Karate Game. Until I hear it from them everything is still a go. These are recent updates imo.

The Aug 12, 2019 PR also said: "The annual cost of the various requirements of a fully reporting company can easily exceed $200,000. For an emerging growth company such as HPIL the costs are prohibitive. HPIL’s Board of Directors has decided to instead focus our “time, energy and resources" on continuing to develop the HPIL business model at this time in the life cycle of the company." I take this as HPIL Board of Directors saying they have near term projects (such as the Karate Game) that they want to spend $200K on and not admin paperwork. This is why they filed the Form 5 which makes sense. They avoid suspension by doing so and they save money they can put into projects such as the Karate Game.
