Cases already HAVE been dismissed, made moot and in effect made the patents INELIGIBLE. Old news.

Got to wait and see. Judge Koh dismissed first set of cases, but VPLM is appealing at the next level. These coming cases, are the aapl/amzn cases.

Be aware, Judge Koh was just overruled on a very similar ruling to ours, in another case. I think this might have here thinking a bit differently! The rulings and appeals are just expected! Just how the lame system works. No worries here!

One case was dismissed earlier this year.
