#595 RE: wmo767 #594

WMO,

I wish I did have a time line. I can reason it is of everyone's best interest to close this JV out as soon as possible. Those from the major companies are high enough up that they don't waste time on worthless projects. On projects like this JV which is of worth they also won't waste time because time is money.

We have to just wait and see how quickly this gets done. I can tell you as a retired L.E., I can't tell you how many times a victim would say to me "what took you so long" even though many times I was just right around the block and my response time was under a minute. For those in a "crisis" time seems to stand still thus the statement "what took you so long".

Many of us have a lot of money and time invested in these stocks. To many of us it is a financial "crisis" of sorts and time seems to be standing still as we wait for the JV announcement.

However, in reality putting together a JV of this magnitude with this many companies involved from different countries all wanting what is best for them first and the other guy second we are probably making great time. The only problem is we can't see and hear all the progress.

I am comfortable with what were being told. I have been given no reason to believe a major or majors won't be doing a JV with us soon. We know meetings are going on and the BOD wants this done ASAP. We even know during this long holiday weekend they took time to update the shareholders.

I hate this answer as much as you do but deep down inside we both know it will take as long as it takes!

So while we wait, keep smiling and IMHO we are going to be very happy soon!

David
