they filed a motion to dismiss because this delays the process weeks and/or months because of holidays and all kinds of excuses and then they will be granted it no fewer than 3 appeals so this could drag on for a very long time for a company that has no assets no revenue know him pulleys and sells stock in order to pay legal bills and filing appeals is cheap work
