glens0, with this PBHG TA transfer update/change...

I think some are not realizing that this move could be huge for PBHG. The move should stop the old note holders from being able to convert to stop any dilution to give the company a better chance to grow into its acquisitions that are coming into the company.

I think that's why the acquisition candidates wanted this to happen first. This move should be better for shareholders and the new companies coming in. I've seen this strategy often within the market over the years.
