I have to respectfully disagree on he point about $3.5 million being the signal to buy. When I spoke to Gary last week he said that Ontario had already offered $5 million for 51% and I checked in the July 12th 8K and they had. They're already above the $3.5 million threshold and PCT now wants more based on significant recent developments that could be PR'd as early as tomorrow. He said that everyone will find out through an 8K.

So we're all on lookout for the 10Q and 8K. Could be same day.
