This is such nonsense. SIAF doesn't report anything in China. TRW may.

TRW was a 100% subsidiary of SIAF before the carve-out. Not Chinese. It owned JFD. But not before it acquired 75%.

The number they literally DUG UP here, could be anything. It could be JFD (FF1) in its early stages, before SIAF acquired it.

Hopefully they can disprove these claims

This nonsense with the SAIC filings has been going on for almost a decade now. I was very disappointed with Seiden Group that they even mentioned it. Because it is a short tactic as I said before. The intent is to cause doubt and mislead (the public). Mislead the jury, even.

I don't know how this has played out in all those other lawsuits. By and large, these lawsuits have been settled for insurance money.
